Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Murchison Falls National Park– Afternoon boat cruise

On the first day of the 2 Days Murchison Falls wildlife safari in Uganda, our driving guide will pick you up from Kampala in the morning or Entebbe, brief you about the safari, and then begin the journey to Murchison Falls National Park. You will enjoy fantastic views of the countryside, gorgeous landscapes, and lunch en route.

Upon arrival at the park, you will have an amazing boat tour to the bottom of the falls, where you will be able to see big herds of hippos in the water, crocodiles lounging on the banks, elephants, buffalo, warthogs, antelopes along the coastlines, and water birds, among others. After the boat journey, you will travel to the top of the falls to experience the gorgeous cascade and water splashes, among other things. After seeing the top of the falls, you will drive to the resort for supper and an overnight stay at Red Chili Rest Camp, Sambia lodge, Murchison Falls Bamboo Village, or Paraa Safari Lodge.

Day 2: Morning game drive and departure to Kampala

After an early breakfast on day 2 of the 2 Days Murchison Falls wildlife safari in Uganda, you will check out of the lodge and meet your driving guide for a morning wildlife drive in the park. During the game drive, you will see stunning views of the lovely dawn as well as creatures such as buffalo, elephants, giraffes, Uganda kobs, waterbucks, warthogs, Jackson’s hartebeest, lions, leopards, and a variety of bird species.

After the wildlife drive, you will leave the park and return to Kampala. You will stop for lunch on the way to Kampala, where you will arrive in the early evening. Upon arrival, your driving guide will drop you off at any recommended location.
